Working on understanding and using the subtleties of art to communicate and reinforce ideas. Each student was given a key and asked to think about a word that they felt a connection to. They were to write the definition of the word as a starting point. Once defined they were to think about how their hand posture could best reinforce the overall mood/feeling of the word as they held the key. Each person worked from a photograph to complete their drawings. Backgrounds were added after a brief look into the psychology of color. I am super proud of the results of their work!
