Students looked at the artist Banksy, a graffiti artist who uses his art as a way to address problems in society and as a means of activism. Students then were asked to make their own graffiti artwork of their name. They picked whatever font they liked and played with colored pencil usage, background, shape, and color elements while showing their own sense of style.
